Drone footage released by the US military depicts what it claims are Hamas militants hijacking a truck filled with humanitarian aid intended for Palestinians.
The footage, captured by an MQ-9 Reaper surveillance drone, shows individuals believed to be Hamas militants appearing to forcefully remove the driver from the truck before stealing its contents in southern Gaza.

This footage was shared by the US Central Command, which has recently established a multinational headquarters in Israel.
MQ-9 Reaper surveillance drones have been deployed to oversee the ceasefire between Israel and Hamas as part of the US-brokered agreement.
Centcom stated that its new Civil-Military Coordination Centre “observed suspected Hamas operatives looting an aid truck that was part of a humanitarian convoy delivering essential assistance from international partners to Gazans in northern Khan Younis.”
Secretary of State Marco Rubio expressed, “Hamas continues to deny the people of Gaza the humanitarian aid they urgently need.
This theft undermines international efforts to support President Trump’s 20-point plan aimed at delivering crucial assistance to innocent civilians.
“Hamas is the obstacle. They must disarm and cease their looting so that Gaza can have a brighter future.”
Hamas has issued a statement denying any involvement.
This is not the first instance where Hamas militants have been accused of stealing aid intended for starving Palestinians.
Earlier this year, footage released by the Israeli military appeared to show armed Hamas militants looting an aid truck in Gaza.
Israel has long contended that the hunger crisis in Gaza during the first half of the summer was largely due to Hamas’s extensive looting of aid supplies.
The UN and other humanitarian organizations have denied these claims, accusing Tel Aviv of creating famine-like conditions in the region.
Reports indicate that Hamas has demanded safe passage for nearly 200 of its fighters who remain hidden in tunnels in Rafah.

The Yellow Line is the boundary in Gaza to which IDF troops have withdrawn.
Through intermediaries, the radical terror group has requested that its fighters be provided a safe means of movement within the Yellow Line.
This suggests that the IDF is aware that terrorists are still present in tunnels in specific areas of Gaza, which would breach the ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hamas.
This follows an incident where a Palestinian terrorist crossed the Yellow Line in the Gaza Strip and threatened IDF troops in the vicinity, as reported by the military on Sunday.
The Israeli Air Force responded by striking and killing the terrorist after the incursion, according to the IDF.
Ceasefire Violations
Last week, the IDF confirmed it launched “immediate and powerful” strikes across Gaza City and Khan Younis after troops came under fire from terror operatives in Rafah.
Explosions and tank fire were reported in several locations as Israel stated that Hamas had “cross
