Gregg and his wife Anne-Marie, who is 24 years his junior, and taking to Instagram, Gregg shared a photo of Anne-Marie with Sid at home and told fans their son still wore nappies.

“This is our little Sid. He has just turned seven he is non-verbal and still in nappies. Expert help and advice is not easy to find as any parent of a neurodivergent child will tell you. That is why we set up Altogether ND,” he captioned the post.

The charity is a support network of fellow parent of neurodiverse children which offers support and other resources.

Gregg also shared a sweet video of Sid joyfully playing outside in a field to his Instagram stories.

“Happy Sid,” he wrote on the video.

Autism is a neurodevelopmental condition that impacts people socially and developmentally in a myriad of ways.

Gregg and his wife sold their sprawling £1m pad in Kent and have relocated to Italy where they are home-schooling their son.

The move comes after Gregg was given the boot from by BBC bosses following an investigation into his conduct after a series of concerns were raised about his time on the show.

Gregg also revealed last month that he planned to buy a “much more modest” house in – close to where his daughter lives.

He said in a social post: “My wife is Italian. I’ve always loved Italy and we plan to move around and rent in different places which is quite an adventure and with the help of my specialist mates, I am going to homeschool Sid as well.”
