A murder investigation has commenced following the tragic discovery of a father of six found deceased in his apartment.
Four individuals have been taken into custody after John Boyle, 71, was found dead at his residence in Kettering , Northamptonshire, on Saturday evening.

He was found around 6:30 PM after law enforcement received a report expressing concern for his well-being.
Detective Inspector Torie Harrison from the East Midlands Special Operations Unit Major Crime Team described John as a “cheerful and beloved individual.”
She stated: “His family is understandably heartbroken by his passing.
“Specially trained officers are providing support to them, and we are committed to doing everything possible to bring those accountable for his murder to justice.
“If you possess any information, no matter how minor, we urge you to step forward.
“We are especially interested in any information from October 26 onwards—whether that involves suspicious behavior in or around Leatherland Court…
“… any relevant CCTV, dash cam, or doorbell footage, or conversations anyone had with John in the days leading up to his death.
“Lastly, I want to clarify that we believe John’s murder is entirely unrelated to any other suspicious death we are currently investigating.”
