GLADIATORS star Legend was left stunned after a copper grabbed him for a selfie mid-arrest.

It showed a trio of officers standing around on a street, with one next to a male who had recently been detained in handcuffs.

Another scooted over to Matt – recognising him as from the series – eager for a snap.

He popped his arm around the TV star’s waist as his colleague took the picture, before resuming his official duties.

Matt, who was wearing a white jumper, jeans and black puffer coat, was then seen looking bemused as he made his way back to his mates who had captured the scenes in a short video.

The former Championship bronze medal winning long and triple jumper, and silver medal winning power lifter then uploaded it to his page with the jokey caption: “Pov crime can wait”.

Alongside it, he wrote: “POV: you’re mid-arrest but need to get a quick pic with MattDoesFitness”.

Fans were left stunned by the antics and one put: “Still can’t believe this actually happened”.

Another added: “This is hilarious”.

A third then wrote: “Ahahahahaaa this is brilliant!”
