A SIX-YEAR-OLD girl who claimed she was sexually assaulted by another student at school has been kicked out of the posh academy which has launched a lawsuit against her parents.

The traumatised girl from Florida, US, said she was molested behind a playground pirate ship during break time for two years.

After hearing the allegation, her horrified parents sued Creation Village World School in Celebration for failing to protect their daughter.

The lawsuit claimed the abuse left the girl with recurring urinary tract infections, headaches, stomach pain and a fear of returning to school, the New York Post reports.

“[My wife] was going to doctor appointments every week for almost a year – we kept trying to figure out what it was, like, let’s try a new medicine,” the girl’s father told the outlet.

The girl’s mystery ailments were so severe her parents thought she had cancer or a brain tumour.

When the kindergartner eventually told her parents about the alleged abuse they went straight to the school in November.

But a month later the girl was expelled, leading to the parents launching a legal claim against the school.

Their suit slammed teachers for allegedly being “too busy on their phones” to observe their students properly.

One preschool teacher had a “no tell” policy which encouraged pupils to keep quiet about “what took place at the school”, the suit claimed.

The girl’s parents received a letter from the district’s lawyer that same month assuring them their allegations would be “diligently and thoroughly investigated”.

But the parents were hit with a countersuit in May.

The £10,000 ($14,000) a year school has accused the family of weaponizing “false and misleading” claims.

Any sexual contact between the girl and her alleged attacker was “only accidental”, the school argued, adding that the accused child “lacks the developmental capacity to sexually molest”.

The private school said the allegations tarnished its reputation and further accused the parents of neglect, blaming them for their daughter’s health.

The girl’s parents are now seeking a jury trial and reportedly more than £37,000 ($50,000) in damages.

They have insisted their daughter once “loved going to school and being with her friends”.

But a year before she came forward with the abuse claim she would do “anything” to avoid the academy.

She had regular nightmares and was “scared of everything” and is now in therapy, her parents told the outlet.

“She’s clinging to me for dear life for everything. If I try to take her to dance class, she can’t go,” the girls mum said.

The school’s attorney has denied the expulsion in a court filing.

The trial is set for March 27, 2028.
