A FOUR-year-old girl has been killed after falling off a family tractor which then reversed on top of her.
Hellayna Michelle King had been riding through her family’s farm in Clark County, Nevada when the tragedy unfolded.

The little girl had been travelling on a trailer attached to the back of the tractor when the vehicle suddenly stopped.
The dramatic break sent the youngster flying off the back of the tractor.
It then reversed and ran over four-year-old Hellayna, said Clark County Coroner Neal Oliver.
Devastated family members scrambled to call emergency services – but the closure of a nearby bridge prevented medics from racing to the scene.
Nearly 45 minutes passed during which loved ones stayed with the severely injured child until the emergency services arrived.
“They had to sit there 45 minutes with her and it was just a tragic, tragic loss”, Hellayna’s aunt, LaDonna Lovings, told .
Just one month before her fifth birthday, Hellayna passed away on September 2.
LaDonna said there was no way of knowing whether a faster emergency response could have saved the little girl’s life.

But she added that it would have avoided the suffering of the family watching their child suffer without being able to help her.
If the bridge had been open, emergency services could have rushed to the scene on Red River Road in around 15 minutes, according to the aunt.
“You know accidents happen all the time, and you just don’t think it’s going to happen to you”, she added.
Heartbreaking tributes have poured out for the “beautiful” little girl.
“Layna was a bright and lively little girl who was full of life and brought so much joy to those around her”, read her .
The farm had been a “special place” for Hellayna – known affectionately as “Layna” – and the youngster especially loved the cows.
The tribute continued: “She also loved to sing, filling the days with her sweet voice and happy spirit.
“Whether she was outside playing, helping on the farm, or singing a favorite song, Layna embraced life with an energy and happiness that will be deeply missed by everyone who loved her.”
Hellayna leaves behind her parents and three other siblings.
In a set up to support the family, Hellayna’s mother wrote: “We have lost our world and don’t know how to carry on with our lives.
In an emotional message, she added: “I don’t like asking for help but will need to swallow my pride as we need to get an urn for our beautiful baby girl.”
