A MOTHER has claimed that she is planning on charging her family for Christmas dinner.

Not only will she bill adult £20 per person, but she’s even making pay too – and they’ll have to fork out £10 each.

Posting on , the , who shares clips under the username ‘Welsh Butter Girl’, voiced her , which caused friction between she and her .

She said: “I charge my family for their – at the end of the day, I’m doing them a favour, I’m sacrificing my Christmas Day to be in the kitchen all day them a luxury meal.”

As well as this, the woman, who is from , continued by discussing the expense of making a .

She continued: “Have you seen the price of turkey and how much it actually cost to make a ? I think I paid £65 for a turkey last year.”

Following this, the mother explained that this year would be the first time her partner Theo’s family would be coming to her for – but not everyone is impressed with her demand for them to pay.

As she turned to her man, she continued: “He seems to have a problem with us – I’m charging your mother as well as my mother for Christmas dinner.”

Theo fumed at his partner’s idea and recognised that his mother is “not paying” the charge.

Clapping back to her partner and his distaste with her claims, the added: “Why should I foot the bill when I’m sacrificing my day to provide you with a nice ?”

Despite inviting family members round off her own back for the special day, the woman then shared further thoughts about why she wants to charge.

“If they would have stayed at home or went somewhere else, they would have to pay anyway,” she acknowledged.

Social media users gasp

The clip, which was posted under the username @ welshbuttergirl , has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly racked up 568,300 views in just 24 hours.

But many were horrified by the woman’s claims and people eagerly raced to the comments to share their thoughts, with users describing her actions as “weird” and “shameful.”
