Fire at ‘Keir Starmer’s house’ sparks urgent cop probe with entire street cordoned off & damage to doorway

A BLAZE has broken out at a home understood to belong to Sir Keir Starmer as cops launch an urgent probe.

Emergency services were called to a residential home in North West London believed to be the ‘s this afternoon.

London Fire Brigade raised the alarm at around 1.35pm

Officers responded to reports at 1.11pm after London Fire Brigade raised the alarm.

The LFB confirmed there was “damage”;; to the front of the home and the flames were brought under control at 1.33pm.

No one was injured.

An investigation has now been launched and a cordon remains in place on the street.

A spokesperson for the Met Police told The Sun: “On Monday, 12 May at 01:35hrs, police were alerted by the London Fire Brigade to reports of a fire at a residential address in Countess Road, NW5.

“Officers attended the scene. Damage was caused to the property’s entrance, nobody was hurt.

“The fire is being investigated and cordons remain in place while enquiries continue.

“Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101 quoting CAD 441/12 May.”;;

A spokesperson for LFB added: ”;;The Brigade was called at 0111 and the fire was under control by 0133.

“Two fire engines from Kentish Town Fire Station attended the scene.”;;
