Sidney BrookA FAMILY has paid a heartfelt tribute to their “beautiful young man” following his tragic death when the car he was in crashed into a garden and overturned.
Sidney Brook, 18, was in a grey Fiesta that collided with a property in Baildon at approximately 12:55 AM on December 20.

He was declared dead at the scene.
A 17-year-old girl who sustained serious injuries in the accident is currently in critical condition in the hospital.
Authorities believe the Fiesta may have been traveling alongside a white Swift SZ3 just before the crash occurred.
Three 18-year-old men and a 40-year-old man, who were arrested in connection with the incident, have since been released on bail.
In a brief statement, Sidney's family expressed: “He was a beautiful son, brother, cousin, grandson, nephew, and a friend to many.
“A hardworking and cheeky young man, who was deeply loved by all who knew him.”
Kevin Jackson recounted how he and his family were asleep in bed when they were awoken by a “loud bang” as the car struck their home in the early hours of Saturday.
He called for an ambulance after discovering the Fiesta overturned with Sidney and the 17-year-old girl still inside the vehicle.
Kevin told the BBC : “It’s a tragic loss of a young life.”
He added: “It’s a sad event.
“While we have some mess to clean up, that’s a secondary concern.”
Flowers and tributes to “Sid” have been placed at the scene.
One message read: “You were a beautiful young man […] I’ll always miss your joyful presence.”
Another stated: “Forever 18, forever loved. Taken far too soon. Rest in peace, dear boy.”
In a third tribute, Sidney was described as a “special soul” with “so much more life to live.”
The Major Collision Inquiry Team of West Yorkshire Police is continuing the investigation.
Anyone with information or video footage that could assist the inquiry is urged to contact the police at 101 or online, quoting log 0095 of December 20.
