He knocked out the New Zealand boxer in the 11th round last October.
The 31-year-old was later elevated to full champion after vacated the title in November.
Dubois hasn’t fought since his last July.
Wardley boasts an impressive record of 20 wins, 19 by knockout, and remains unbeaten, with his only blemish a draw against Frazer Clark in 2024.
He now faces his toughest test yet in DDD, a top-ranked heavyweight who became a household name after in September 2024.
Dubois has three defeats on his record – his first against in 2020, followed by two losses to Usyk in world title fights.
