Euro Under-21: England to face Germany in final

England will face Germany in the final of the ongoing European Under-21 Championship in Slovakia.

Lee Carsley’s side defeated the Netherlands 2–1 in the semi-final encounter played on Wednesday to book their place in the final.

Two goals from Harvey Elliott secured the victory for England at the Tehelné pole Stadium.

England will now face Germany in the Euro Under-21 final.

Germany defeated France 3–0 in the other semi-final encounter.

Goals from Nelson Weiper, Nick Woltemade, and Brajan Gruda gave Germany the win over France.

Meanwhile, the Euro Under-21 final will take place on Saturday at the Tehelné pole Stadium.
