PAEDOPHILE Jeffrey Epstein suffered from “very low” testosterone and was offered “max penis enlarged pills,” according to his medical records.
A cache of files reveal that the disgraced financier struggled with a “low libido” – as well as a lengthy history of STDs, including gonorrhoea.

Correspondence between the predator and his doctors from 2016 shows that he had well-below-normal testosterone – the “same for 10 years” as he noted.
It comes as…

- Files reveal that expose his Newsnight lies
- King ‘frustrated’ temporary home
- Andrew had with young Russian model
- Epstein claimed in bombshell email
His reported levels were far below the normal range and warranted a “prompt consultation with a doctor to identify the root cause,” according to the Cleveland Clinic.
The sex offender also complained about “low libido”. In men, low levels of testosterone are a primary cause of reduced libido.
He wrote in an email to one doctor at 3am on April 24, 2015: “As you can see from the time stamp my sleep pattern is not wonderful.
“I am hesitant to start a regimen of hormones. my low testosterone has been there for 15 years. mechanic view is that it has caught up to me?”
After a doctor advised him to take testosterone replacements, Epstein took clomid tablets – but later called it a “giant mistake”.
“Stopped the clomid the water retention and fat around the waist made it as if i was pregnant,” the monster wrote.
Another email from 2016 revealed that he had gonorrhoea and already knew what to take to combat it.
He wrote to Dr Jay Lombard, a physician in New York: “Parasites showed whipworm [a parasitic roundworm] and histolytica [a parasite], some blood in urine, history of bladder polyps. semen showed some gc. so took 1 gram ceftriaxon and 2 g azithromycin [both antibiotics].
“Urine stream diminished, testosterone levels very low. ie. 125 same for 10 years.
“Never smoked or drink, no drugs. Sherlock? how can we work together?”
Another potential bombshell revelation comes from an email in Epstein’s inbox in 2012 from a “Dr Maxman” who offered the paedophile “max penis enlarger pills.”
It is unclear if he ever replied to the offer.
His medical records also revealed that he had looked into freezing his sperm.
Some of his victims previously recalled that he had that resembled a lemon.
Rina Oh, who has long claimed she was abused by Epstein, told journalist Tina Brown on Substack: “He had an extremely deformed penis.
“Some people have described it as the shape of an egg. I think it was more of the shape of a lemon, and it was really small when it was fully erect.
“It was probably like two inches.”
Epstein’s medical records are among the millions of documents published on Friday by the US Department of Justice (DoJ).
They include over three million pages, 180,000 images and 2,000 videos, revealing his ties to prominent politicians, financiers and academics.
This was both before and after the late financier pleaded guilty in 2008 to prostitution charges, including soliciting an underage girl.
A number of well-known names like Richard Branson, Bill Gates, Elon Musk and Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor are mentioned multiple times in the files.
