British broadcaster, Piers Morgan, has slammed Arsenal following their Premier League 3-2 defeat to Manchester United in the Premier League on Sunday evening.
Arsenal lost at home following goals from Bryan Mbeumo, Patrick Dorgu and Matheus Cunha at the Emirates Stadium.
The result of the match means Mikel Arteta’s side is now four points behind second-place Manchester City in the Premier League table after 23 matches.
Reacting, Morgan, a die-hard Arsenal fan, labeled Arsenal’s display against the Red Devils as the worst performance this season.
“More painful than breaking a hip. Worse performance of the season,” Morgan wrote on X.
“Wake up Arsenal… since the Zubimendi disaster we’ve been a shambles,” he added in another tweet.
Arsenal will now face Leeds United in their next Premier League game next weekend.
