Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola, has revealed that Erling Haaland picked up a minor injury in training.
Haaland is not part of City’s squad to face Leeds United in Saturday’s late kick-off.
Guardiola has been forced to shuffle his pack slightly, bringing in Rayan Cherki to play off Omar Marmoush and Antoine Semenyo.
“Two days ago in training he had some problems and a little injury. Not a big issue but not ready for today,” Guardiola said.
“We are without one top striker and we are playing with another top striker.”
City are looking to close the gap between themselves and Arsenal to two points with a win.
