Manchester City fitness coach, Lorenzo Buenaventura, is set to leave the Premier League club this summer, The Athletic reports.

Buenaventure has worked with Pep Guardiola for over 15 years.

The goalkeeper coach, Xabi Mancisidor is also set to depart this summer at the end of his contract, another big change in staff.

According to industry insiders, this could be the first signal of Guardiola’s exit this summer.

However, the final decision will only be made at the end of the season.

City has already prepared the way for Enzo Maresda, if Guardiola leaves this summer or eventually in June 2027.
