EPL: Three clubs battle to sign Garnacho from Man Utd

At least three Premier League club are battling to sign Alejandro Garnacho from Manchester United this summer.

The Red Devils are ready to offload Garnacho, with manager Ruben Amorim having reportedly told the player to find a new club.

The Argentina winger’s season ended in controversial circumstances, after he fumed over Amorim’s decision to drop him for the Europa League final loss against Tottenham.

Garnacho was then excluded from the matchday squad on the final day of the Premier League campaign.

Erik ten Hag, who has been appointed as the new manager of Bayer Leverkusen, is believed to be keen on his former player.

But Garnacho’s potential fee and wages, could represent a major stumbling block.

And, at this stage, it appears that Garnacho could well remain in England.

According to the UK Metro, a trio of Premier League clubs are believed have expressed an interest in a player.

Chelsea made an attempt to sign him in January and are in the market for attacking reinforcements.
