Manchester United legend, Gary Neville, has claimed Arsenal will not waste this opportunity to win the Premier League.
The Gunners’ 1-0 victory over Burnley sees them on the verge of winning their first title in 22 years.
Mikel Arteta’s men have now established a five-point gap over Manchester City, who travel to Bournemouth on Wednesday.
City know that anything other than a win at the Vitality Stadium, will see Arsenal confirmed as champions.
Speaking on his Sky Sports podcast, Neville said Mikel Arteta winning the title would make him a “champion manager”.
He said: “If Mikel Arteta becomes a champion manager, it’s a game changer.
“The fact that they can go the distance and they can beat a Guardiola Manchester City team to a title, that is no mean feat.
“They’re on the brink now, and I can’t see how they’re going to waste this opportunity.”
