Manchester United captain, Bruno Fernandes, has criticised himself and his teammates following their 3-0 Premier League defeat to Manchester City on Sunday.
Fernandes said the performances of the Red Devils’ players against Pep Guardiola’s side were not good enough.
A brace from Erling Haaland and a goal from Phil Foden gave the Cityzens all three points against Ruben Amorim’s side at the Etihad Stadium.
Speaking to Sky Sports after the game, Fernandes said: “We have to look at what we did well, and obviously it is not enough as we want to win games.
“What we did here today is not enough to get the result, and that is all we can take from this game.”
the Portugal international added, “The result is very bad and bad on us.”
The result leaves Man United in 14th position on the Premier League table after four matches.
Amorim’s side have four points after one win, one draw, and two defeats.
