Former England striker, Michael Owen, has given his predictions ahead of the 2025/2026 campaign.
Owen believes Liverpool will win the Premier League title for the second time in a row, after lifting the trophy in Arne Slot’s first year.
Arsenal ended as runners-up for the third successive year, while Manchester City came third.
Chelsea finished in fourth place after defeating Nottingham Forest 1-0 on the final day.
Owen has now given Liverpool a 70% chance of winning it again ahead of Arsenal, Chelsea and City.
“I think Liverpool are far and away the team with the best chance of winning it.
“I think they’ve got like a 70% chance of winning it, I really fancy them,” Owen told Metro via AskGamblers.
He added: “My top four would be Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea and Man City, in that order.”
