Valencia midfielder, Yunus Musah has insisted that he is open to the prospect of returning to Arsenal in the near future.
Musah joined Arsenalâs academy at the age of 9 and remained with the North London club for seven years until he joined Valencia back in 2019.
He has now established himself in Valencia and is also in line to be part of the USA squad for their 2022 FIFA World Cup campaign in Qatar later this month.
Musah has a â¬100 million release clause in his contract with Valencia which runs until 2026, while the 19-year-old has been linked with Arsenal, Liverpool and Juventus.
âYou never know,â Musah told CBS Sports when asked about a possible return to Arsenal.
âI had a great time at Arsenal developing there, I still have friends there, the coaches were great, being an Arsenal player, in general, is great.
âI loved playing for Arsenal. I have nothing against the club and if one day it turns out to be that itâs time to go back, then it is possible.
âFor now, I am really happy at Valencia and I am looking forward to carrying this season on in the same way we are doing now.â
