Arsenal legend, David Seaman, has lauded Gabriel Martinelli, saying the Brazilian does not play football with fear.
Seaman, a former Gunners goalkeeper, described the Brazilian as a nice guy, who is always busy helping the younger players.
‘‘He’s a really nice guy. When I go in [to the club] he is always with the young lads, always around them and saying hello.
“To see him performing as he is, it’s brilliant. He’s playing without fear and he’s really causing problems,” he told Seaman Says podcast.
He noted that the Arsenal winger caused problems to Liverpool right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold during their 3-2 victory over the Reds at weekend and the whole Liverpool defence.
Martinelli scored Arsenal first goal under one minute of play and provided the assist for the second scored by Bukayo Saka.
“Both of them [Saka and Martinelli] were attacking the wings almost at the same time.
“They know if one goes down the wing, that the cross will come in. The second goal was brilliant, a great move,” he added.
