Former Argentina striker, Sergio Aguero, has predicted that Manchester City will reclaim the Premier League title.
Aguero stated this ahead of the new season while speaking with Stake.
City’s four-year winning run was ended last term by Liverpool in Arne Slot’s first year in England.
Pep Guardiola’s men finished in third place, 13 points behind the Reds.
City have since brought in Tijjani Reijnders, Rayan Ait-Nouri, Rayan Cherki, James Trafford and Sverre Nypan for a combined fee of around £150 million.
When asked which team will win the title, Aguero said: “Manchester City.”
Pressed for a top-four prediction, he added: “Not in order, I think Man City, Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea.”
