The ugly scenes – captured on one of the teenager’s phones – see the pair brawl in a hotel room while away on international duty in .

The clip, which has racked up millions of views on social media, was slammed as “toxic” and ““.

The fight initially breaks out in one of the player’s swanky hotel rooms, as the victim is pinned down by his throat.

Roars of encouragement can be heard from several other members of the Young Lions camp, who fail to intervene and instead film the punch-up.

Standing and sitting on the bed, they put their phones close to the victim’s face while he takes a number of blows from his attacker.

Screams continue to ring out as the brawl moves across the hotel room, believed to be the base for a tournament last October.

The aggressor is forced off his victim, but he soon manages to hold him in a headlock as their “pathetic” teammates continue to record the bust-up.

Horrified viewers called for all players in the room to face disciplinary action from , who confirmed they were aware of the footage.

He continues to grapple with his teammate and drags him across the room by his t-shirt.

At one point, the group tell the fighting pair to be quiet.

The victim is repeatedly pinned down on the bed before the players scramble to leave the room and the footage cuts out.

It remains unclear what caused the fight to break out.

One user wrote: “Embarrassing for the future of the national set up.”

Another added: “Unacceptable. Need to be held to the highest standard even this age group.

“This is not a school playground, this is representing England. All the ones hyping/recording egging it on should be also.”

A third fumed: “They should all be sent home.

“The ones fighting are bad the ones filming even worse. Not one person said this isn’t right and stop.”

Last October, the Young Lions travelled to to play , Turkey, and .

Managed by then interim head coach, Barry Lewtas, England defeated Wales 5-1.

An FA spokesperson said: “We were made aware of an internal matter during an MU16s camp in October 2025.

“This was quickly resolved at the time.”
