LIONESSES hero Ella Toone has tied the knot with her partner Joe Bunney in a romantic countryside wedding alongside a horde of her footballer teammates.

Ella, 26, got last summer after helping the England Women’s team to win their second title in Switzerland.

But now, less than a year later looked as loved-up as ever as they celebrated their wedding day on Wednesday.

The pair wed in the grounds of private country estate Colshaw Hall in Cheshire.

Both and Joe, 32, matched in white as they were spotted strolling through the venue’s endless gardens.

She had her locks swept back in a high bun with a long veil clipped underneath.

The newlyweds were seen smiling ear-to-ear as they posed for snaps on their big day.

Footballers Ella and Joe cuddled up after the ceremony, which took place in the venues’ ceremony hall – The Stables.

The luxe Tudor-style venue was built in 1903 on 300 acres of countryside with accommodation for up to 50 guests across lodges and suites.

Man United star Ella of course had her best pal and England teammate as her maid of honour.

Ella and Joe married after having been together for five years.

initially met through friends in the footballing world and they immediately clicked after meeting.

Joe popped the question while they were holidaying in Ibiza, getting down on one knee in front of an extravagant love heart made entirely of red roses.

They captioned their announcement snaps on Instagram: “Forever… 04/08/25.”

Joe has previously played for the likes of Bolton, Northampton Town and Rochdale.

He now plays non-league footballer and works as a coach.
