The midfielder picked up a yellow card in the dying embers of the game as looked to keep the ball in the corner

The referee booked Henderson for interfering and, in fairness, the former man was way down the touchline “interfering”.

‘s Johan Vasquez picked up a yellow card in the same passage for having a go at the lineman for giving England the throw.

It seems Henderson was biting back at the home side and backing his troops, though the camera missed exactly what happened.

then revealed that Henderson fell over when celebrating and there was concern around the England goal.

He fell over an advertising board and was stretchered off the pitch. He was even given oxygen.

But the Kane did joke he looks like he’ll be OK and didn’t appear to be too worried.

England almost played the game perfectly by taking the sting out of the game before the first hydration break.

A quick brace from – just a gap of 93 seconds between the goals – gave England a commanding lead in the game.

However, pegged England back just before half-time after Julian Quinones fired home from close range.

for a rash, high challenge in the 54th minute following a review to put England right up against it.

Just five minutes later, Kane battled with a defender to force a long ball into Anthony Gordon’s path and the new man won a penalty for his team.

Kane duly converted, but Raul Jimenez did the same just under 10 minutes later.

Soon after, England boss decided to pack a low blow block and hopefully see out the difficult away mission and the heroric Three Lions did just that.
