Authorities are now asking for witnesses to come forward, offering a £4,250 reward for any information.

Emminger lived alone on his isolated farm in Bavaria, running a self-sufficient farm.

The victim was violently killed on March 31 in what one detective described as an “execution”.

Bullets have since been recovered from the scene, but the weapon has yet to be found.

The leading theory is that the culprit may have disposed of it after carrying out the brutal killing.

While searching the property, investigators found a centuries-old cellar with passages leading deep underground.

Inside officers found a mysterious triangle hanging from the ceiling with a silver goats head attached to it.

Likely used to perform strange rituals, the “goat cult room” has strong links to satanism.

Early findings suggest the murder weapon was fired inside the home.

Given the high calibre of bullet used, the sound would have been more than any human could withstand.

Therefore, the culprit must have worn ear protection or suffered severe hearing damage.

A special team also thinks the perpetrator was experienced in handling firearms.

According to close friends and family, Emminger led an unconventional lifestyle.

He was considered a likeable and charismatic person with a huge group of friends.

However, nvestigators have not ruled out the possibility that disapproval iof his way of life could be the motive for the crime.

Former municipality mayor Jürgen Tempel struck a slightly different note.

“He was what you’d call a dropout,” he told BILD .

“Did he have enemies? He wasn’t an easy person.”

believe the perpetrator and the victim knew each other.

Tempel continued: ““He hosted events with up to 150 guests, even though his leased property lacked running water or sewage systems.

“Every fire department has to meet regulations for its festivals. The laws didn’t seem to apply to him.”

The 33-year-old was a divorced and had a five-year-old son.

An investigation is ongoing to determine the exact circumstances of his mysterious death.
