THIS is the moment a drunk Jet2 passenger who proposed to a flight attendant was booted off a plane after forcing a u-turn.
Matthew Taylor, 30, was travelling to Alicante from Leeds-Bradford Airport when the mid-air chaos erupted.

Leeds Magistrates’ heard boozed-up Taylor immediately caught the attention of cabin crew on the August 18 flight.
He asked senior flight attendant Brooke Crossley to marry him as he entered the aircraft and a decision was made to keep an eye on him.
Prosecutor Sarah Quirie said: “When the flight took off all were asked to remain seated and from where she was sitting Miss Crossley could see the defendant was turning round in his seat and being loud.
“When it was safe to do so, she approached him, at which point the defendant took off his seat belt. He was asked to sit back down but he refused to do so.
“And with wide bloodshot eyes and a puffed out chest he said ‘You can’t tell me what to do’.”
The court heard cabin crew attempted to reason with Taylor and explained there were families with children on board.
But the passenger continued to argue with fellow travellers and told air stewardess Millie Campbell: “You can’t f***ing tell me what to do”.
She told how she felt “scared for her safety” as others on board as Taylor’s behaviour “gradually escalated”.
Other passengers stepped in to help the flight attendant against Taylor, who was slurring his speech and unsteady on his feet.
Ms Quirie said: “But they were ultimately inflaming the situation and based on the actions of the defendant and others she felt trapped and was fearful of a mass brawl on the aircraft, which was in the sky.
“As a a result she used the intercom to speak to the pilot just eight minutes into the flight, which for her was a major decision.
“She had nine years’ experience with Jet 2 alone, and the pilots are not meant to be interrupted for the first 30 minutes of a flight, and therefore it was a big decision for her to take.
“She felt she had no choice but to enter the flight deck.”
The captain decided to turn the plane around and fly back to Leeds-Bradford Airport – as Taylor ranted: “You’d better get ready for World War III.”
Footage taken by passengers showed Taylor taunting his fellow passengers in a foul-mouthed rant.
Moments later, cheers erupted as uniformed cops stormed the plane at Leeds-Bradford.
The whole plane broke into applause as he was finally hauled off, with one person shouting: “In a bit, lad!”
It was forced to stay on the ground until it eventually took off again at around 11pm, more than four hours after its scheduled departure time.
Taylor pleaded guilty to one count of entering an aircraft when drunk, which carries a maximum two year sentence.
He will be sentenced at Crown Court on September 29.
A spokesperson said at the time: “We can confirm that a disruptive passenger has received a six-month flying ban with us, following their appalling behaviour which led to flight LS491 from Leeds Bradford to Alicante having to return to Leeds Bradford so that could offload them.
“As a family friendly airline, we take a zero-tolerance approach to disruptive passenger behaviour.”
