Video of the blazing encounter shows Xenia standing beside the animal and repeatedly urging the driver: “Just give him something to drink.”
Instead of watering the horse, the driver appears to turn his fury on Xenia.
He gets in her face and fires back: “Go to McDonald’s and eat burgers.”
The heated exchange then appears to become physical, with the man putting his hands in Xenia’s face before throwing water at her.
He then calls her a “Nazi”.
Xenia has since claimed the footage only captures part of the explosive clash.
She also claims the driver pointed at her body from top to bottom before moving behind her and shouting: “Look at that ass, she needs some McDonald’s.”
The influencer has accused him of and urged tourists not to give him .
She also shared a petition demanding an end to the horse-drawn carriage trade.
“There are still emaciated horses in Palma,” she wrote on social media. “Such s*** should be abolished”.

Her footage has since gone viral, racking up millions of views and unleashing a torrent of support online.
One follower wrote: “I admire your strength so much, to speak up and to not back down. What this man is doing is absolutely unacceptable, those poor horses. Thank you so much for being brave and setting such a great example for the rest of us”.
Another said: “you were very brave. The world needs more people with empathy for animals who suffer at the hands of unscrupulous people.”
A third urged her to take action, writing: “I hope you take it to the police. How can people be like that?”
The furious clash has reignited the row over tourist carriage rides, with animal activists continuing to protest against horses and donkeys being used to ferry holidaymakers around Europe’s tourist hotspots.
During the scorching season, temperatures can reach 40C and campaigners say working animals can be pushed to exhaustion.
Some have also raised concerns over animals appearing malnourished and in poor condition.
Palma itself has previously witnessed a shocking example of the controversy.

In 2022, a horse collapsed while hauling a carriage crammed with tourists through the Majorcan capital in searing heat.
Horrified members of the public demanded that the animal be given water and called on the tourists to climb out of the carriage.
The horse eventually managed to get back on its feet, but it remains unclear whether it was forced to continue working.
And the Palma clash is not the only furious confrontation to erupt over the treatment of tourist animals.
Last year, Dutch expat Joke Van der Post launched an attack on a 19-year-old man after allegedly seeing him whip a donkey in .
Footage showed the 47-year-old vet punching the handler before chasing him with a whip as he attempted to escape.
The donkey can be seen kicking out while tethered to a wall on the outskirts of Cairo as it is repeatedly lashed.
Van der Post, who runs the Good Karma Sanctuary veterinary practice near the Giza pyramids, charged at the man and pinned him against a wall.
She then struck him several times while shouting: “You think you’re f****** normal.”
As he fled, she grabbed a whip from another donkey handler and chased him away.
The handler later lodged a police complaint accusing Van der Post of assault and claimed the viral footage had caused him “psychological harm”, according to local media.
Van der Post was arrested and later released.
The extraordinary incident sparked a fresh wave of outrage online and put the treatment of working animals at Egypt’s tourist hotspots under the spotlight.
