DELE ALLI is back training alone at Tottenham Hotspur as he targets a new club.
The former Spurs star, 29, has been without a side since September when he left ‘s Como.

But Dele has been given permission to train on the academy pitch at Hotspur Way in Hertfordshire.
Last month, he was even hosted at the Stadium for their 4-1 loss in the North London derby against .
At half-time, the midfielder spoke to the home fans, saying: “I can’t wait to get back on the pitch playing, hopefully it won’t be too long now.
“I hope you’ve missed me as much as I’ve missed you.
“A lot has happened in our journeys since we were last together but I’m back today and I hope you know that you’ll always be my family.”
Today, Dele reposted a series of photos and videos on Instagram of his training with an individual coach.
In the videos, Connor Peters, his coach, captioned the story “Session 1” with a tick beside it.
Dele can be seen passing the ball back and forth between markers, before shoooting at a goal.
During his six-and-a-half-season stint at Spurs, Dele netted 67 times and provided 59 assists across 269 games.
The Spurs star was a familiar face for club and country, earning 37 caps – playing in Euro 2016 and the 2018 World Cup – while on the Lilywhites’ payroll.
Heading to in 2022 and then Turkish side Besiktas the following year, Dele had been plagued with inconsistent game time.
And he’s not made more than 20 appearances in a season since 2021-22.

That season, Spurs qualified for the , finishing fourth – one place above North London rivals Arsenal.
But the two-time PFA Young Player of the Year then missed the whole of 2023-24, needing surgery for a serious groin injury.
Three years later, Dele – – agreed with Como to terminate his contract after just six months in Italy.
And now he’s back in the same spot as he was when he was a budding 18-year-old fresh off the back of a £5million move from MK Dons.
