Allen told his YouTube channel: “My diet’s been really good actually,” Allen said in a video on his YouTube channel.
“Joe Hayden who is on the show as well, I said to him about 12 weeks ago, ‘Mate I need your help really. I’ve worked with nutritionists in the past, but we’re living together in camp, I need your help.’
“‘Not even in terms of what to eat really. I know what to eat, what not to eat, it’s common sense but basically, will you help me prepare my meals, will you tell me if I can have certain things.’
“He’s been a great help, fair play to him, really helped me out.”
