The open-plan design includes two living rooms and an exquisite monochrome classic country-style kitchen, equipped with a pantry and a walnut wood island that doubles as a breakfast bar.
Guests can exit through steel double doors to a stylish, green patio area, complete with a cozy fire pit, adorned with fragrant jasmine plants and delicate fairy lights.
The new owners will enjoy soaking up the LA sun and taking a dip in the expansive, luxurious outdoor spa-like pool, surrounded by lush trees that create a private, tranquil oasis.
Danielle’s design sensibility is evident in the lavish primary suite, which features a desirable walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom bathed in natural light.
The actress’s former home is just a five-minute drive from the iconic Melrose Avenue and was quickly acquired after being listed on the market.
She also owns a charming three-bedroom cottage in the Cotswolds, UK.
After relocating to LA eight years ago, she missed her home and the British countryside, prompting her to purchase the 17th-century property.
“We spend most of the year in the bustling metropolis of Los Angeles, and during lockdown, I realized I wanted to be in the UK countryside for part of the year,” she shared with Ideal Home magazine earlier this year.
“My dream was to find a place close enough to London and Wales, where I grew up, yet a location that offered a complete escape from city life.”
Unable to visit LA during the pandemic, she toured the cottage via FaceTime with the assistance of a property developer friend in the UK, admitting, “It was a bit daunting but also quite enjoyable, and knowing it was mine helped ease the feeling of being disconnected from England.”
Originally from Wales, Danielle was married to Gary Lineker from 2006 to 2016, and the two have remained good friends post-separation.
