The Rancagua-based outfit are currently ninth in Chile’s Liga de Primera after seven games.
They have won three times, drawn one and lost three. But they were also dumped out of the Copa Libertadores in qualifying by Colombian side Tolima.
After following up that result with two frustrating draws against Calera and Limache, Chavez now wants the club to axe boss Lucas Bovaglio.
And the adult star says she will stop getting her kit off if O’Higgins don’t follow her wishes.
Chavez – who claimed in 2015 she had slept with – insisted the team’s poor form had affected her sex life.
She said: “[Bovaglio] has taken away even my desire to make love. Now I just want him to realize this or leave—and take his players with him.
“What a mediocre and uninspired coach. That’s why he was available. I won’t get naked again until Bovaglio is out of O’Higgins.”
