Although the challenge is extremely tough, Dani provided a glimpse of what to expect in a recent video.
In her story, the former contestant shared a heartfelt video message while preparing for the show’s premiere tonight.
Wearing a grey sweater to keep warm, she admitted she was exhausted after being "up all night" with her children.
“I’m exhausted, but SAS is obviously on tonight at 9 o’clock,” Dani said with enthusiasm, slapping the table and smiling.
“This is one show I’ve been really looking forward to sharing with you all, but I’m also terrified because, well…”
“It was one of the hardest experiences of my entire life.”
Despite the challenges, Dani expressed a desire to revisit the experience with a more confident attitude.
“I’d love to go back and do it all again. It’s one of those things I’d like to experience again and be much more resilient and not such a wimp!”
“But you know what, it was fantastic. I hope you all enjoy it.”
This year’s series will feature stars from both the UK and Australia competing against each other.
Dani, 29, will be part of the British team alongside fellow Love Island star, 22, and social media influencers Jack Joseph, 25, and Cole Anderson-James, 28.
Other competitors include rugby player, 46, Gladiator and Olympian Toby Olubi, 37, and cricketer, 46, who will also tackle their fears.
Meanwhile, MAFS star Jessika Power, 33, actors Ryan Moloney, 45, and Natalie Bassingthwaighte, 50, cricketer Brad Hodge, 50, and Olympic swimmers Emily Seebohm, 33, and Mack Horton, 29, will represent the Australian team.
In previews, this latest series of SAS is being touted as the most grueling yet, with many of the celebrities struggling under the intense conditions in North Africa as they were pushed to their physical and mental limits.

In the first episode, she faced off against Jessika.
Gabby shared that she persevered despite a painful knee injury, stating, “I was like, ‘My knee is not going to stop me. I’ll just hop!’”
It seems Dani performed well, as the chief instructor remarked, “Little Dani Dyer surprised me.”
“A very small girl. She was quite timid at the beginning, lacking confidence and not believing in herself.”
“She was on the verge of giving up but found a second wind with support from myself and Foxy.”
“She never thought she could do it, but she did.”
