A DAD has paid tribute to his 21-month-old son after he died – as two people are charged with murder.
Tobias-John Doyle was a “giggly, happy little boy who put a smile on everyone’s face,” his dad said in a touching tribute.

Omiel Gordon, 35, and Shalom Morgan, 23, have been charged with murder, causing or allowing the death of a child and with child cruelty in 2023.
Tobias-John was rushed to hospital from a house in Braunstone Frith, Leicester, but tragically died three days later.
His dad Simon said: “Tobias was my best friend.
“He was a giggly, happy little boy who put a smile on everyone’s face. He had the most beautiful chubby cheeks and curly and he absolutely loved .
“We love him and miss him so much.”
Gordon and Shalom are due to appear at Leicester Crown Court tomorrow.
The pair were first arrested in November 2023 after Tobias was hospitalised.
Family liaison officers have been supporting the family throughout the probe.
Senior Investigating Officer, Detective Inspector Kevin Hames said: “My thoughts very much remain with Tobias and everyone who is affected by his extremely sad death.
“I am aware of the impact this news today will have in the community and we will have officers in the areas affected to help in offering reassurance to you – please do speak with them if you have any concerns.
“This is a complex and I do want to thank those who have provided support during this time.
“As court proceedings are now active, we do ask that people do not speculate and take care with any publication made so as to not prejudice these court proceedings. Thank you.”
The force added that patrols will be increased in the area “as the community comes to terms with the latest update. We encourage anyone with concerns to speak with them.”
