The fatal crash unfolded on January 11 at 12.40am near the village of Yaxley in Cambridgeshire.
His partner has now paid tribute to him following his death, revealing Jacek was about to welcome a second baby to the world.
The dad also leaves behind a two-year-old son, Diego.
A passenger in the car was rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Jacek’s partner said in a touching tribute: “Jacek, my partner, my love, has passed away.
“He leaves behind our son Diego who is nearly two-years-old, and our baby on the way.
“He leaves a hole in our lives that can never be filled.
“Jacek was always bubbly, always smiling and always bringing light wherever he went.
“He had the kindest heart and the most beautiful soul.
“He was an amazing partner and a wonderful father.
“He loved his family more than anything in this world. I still can’t believe you are gone.
“Our children will always know who their daddy was and how much he was loved.
“I will carry you in my heart for the rest of my life. Rest in peace my love.
“You will always be loved, always missed and will never be forgotten.”
