A RAPE suspect’s e-fit has been released by cops after he allegedly slashed his victim with a knife.

An e-fit of has been released, with detectives looking to speak to the man as part of their inquiry.
Detective Constable Kira Halson said: “Since this sexual assault was reported to us, officers have conducted extensive enquiries – including circulating the suspect’s e-fit to thousands of officers and checking details of our suspect against national police databases.
“Despite this, we’ve been unable to identify the man in the picture.
“I would appeal to anyone who recognises the man in the image, or who has information about this serious sexual assault, to get in touch with us.”
The man in his 30s had allegedly approached the male victim near Speaker’s Corner in Hyde Park and demanded sex from him.
After pulling out a knife, the suspect reportedly cut the victim’s abdomen when he refused to have sex.
The unnamed victim was then raped by the man.
The suspect is described as a 5 foot 8 inch tall male with dark and a cut above his left eye.
He is also said to have a tattoo of a flame on his arm and speaks Arabic.
Following enquiries to identify a suspect, the force has produced an e-fit image of a man it would like to speak to in connection with the incident.
