COPS have released CCTV after an alleged attempted sexual assault at a Home Bargains in a UK city.

Police have launched a probe after the incident, which took place between 12.50pm and 1.10pm on September 3 in a Wakefield store, was reported.

Officers are keen to identify the man in the images, captured wearing glasses and a mask, as they believe he has information that can help their enquiries.

Anyone with information is urged to to contact police via 101.

A spokesperson for Police said: “Officers have released CCTV images of a man they are keen to speak to in connection with an attempt sexual assault report in Wakefield.

“An investigation is ongoing in relation to an attempt sexual assault which took place between 12.50pm and 1.10pm on 3 September at Home Bargains on Ings Road, Wakefield.

“Officers are keen to identify the man pictured in the CCTV images.

“Anyone with information or who knows the man in the picture is asked to contact police via 101 or use the live chat facility at http://www.westyorkshire.police.uk/livechat quoting reference number 13260504565.”
