LOVE Island’s Ope Sowande is returning for to the villa for All Stars in January.
The West End performer, 27, caused a stir during his first stint after making questionable remarks while in a couple with .
Despite this, Ope will be returning for a second stint and this time no doubt he’ll be hoping to find a romantic spark.
A source told The Sun: “Ope is the first Islander from the last series in talks for All Stars.
“It’s very early days in the casting process but Ope is definitely a favourite to join the line-up.”
It comes after he bagged on a role on , shortly after he was booted out of the villa earlier this year.
Back in August, he hosted a segment from a holiday park in Hampshire as members of the public played silly games to win cash prizes.
He reported live from Sandy Balls Holiday Village as he spoke to presenters and back in the studio.
Ope took to to share his excitement about his new role as he shared a snap of himself on the beach with the This Morning cards in his hands.
He gushed: “@thismorning thankyou for turning my dreams into a reality. Swipe to see me and @gkbarry_ manifesting this.”
Ope with then couple Angelista when he admitted to the rest of the boys that he had a “wandering eye”.
He thought he would be able to openly chat in the courtyard with the guys, but little did he know the girls were watching it all unfold back in the villa.
He said: “You know I was sweating a little bit I’m not going to lie to you.
“I’ve got such a big thing about Angelista and I’m just a bit, I don’t… I’ve got a wandering eye.”
The lads then began asking if he could kiss someone else but Ope refused to answer out of fear.
Poor Angelista piped up, expressing: “Has he lost his head?”
But Ope only continued to dig his own grave admitting that he’s “not emotionally mature” and “if someone tries it [pursuing him he] doesn’t care.”
She was left unhappy with his actions and labelled him “disrespectful”.
Ope was dumped from the villa on day 10, along with Victoria Ananusi.
Prior to his villa stint, Ope has starred in several major West-End musicals, including The Lion King, Moulin Rouge! and Hercules.
He’s also appeared in shows including and Ant and Dec’s as a backing dancer.
