CONOR BENN has built a multi-million-pound state-of-the-art gym in his world title pursuit – complete with cutting-edge sports science gear and a Ferrari parked alongside his brutal training floor.
SunSport was given access to ’s incredible private gym as the unbeaten star stepped up preparations for his with in Las Vegas.

From the outside, the complex gives little away.
But inside sits one of the most impressive private training facilities in Britain, combining luxury with elite-level performance.
The gym is packed with the very latest strength and conditioning equipment, Olympic lifting platforms, assault bikes, treadmills, recovery facilities and cutting-edge sports science technology, allowing Benn and his team to monitor every aspect of his preparation.
A giant ‘Everlast C.B.’ mural dominates one wall, while sleek black and gold finishes give the entire gym the feel of a world-class performance centre.
Another wall features a Bible verse that perfectly sums up Benn’s mindset.
It reads: “Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that He may lift you up in due time.”
Perhaps the most eye-catching feature, though, is what sits behind a huge glass panel overlooking the gym floor.
A stunning yellow SF90 Stradale Hybrid – valued at around £375,000 – sits in full view as the backdrop while Benn grinds through every brutal session.

The supercar, powered by a 4.0-litre V8 engine, is a reward funded by Benn’s lucrative fight purses.
But despite the luxurious surroundings, there is nothing glamorous about the work taking place inside.
Benn attacks every workout like he is penniless and hungry, bringing relentless intensity as he powers through explosive strength exercises, conditioning drills, and endurance work ahead of the biggest fight of his career.
The private facility is set within acres of land, giving the 29-year-old the peace and privacy to focus solely on becoming world champion.
Yet the most striking part of SunSport’s visit had nothing to do with expensive cars or elite equipment.
During a short break between sessions, Benn swapped training for fatherhood, laughing and playing with his children before getting straight back to work.
It was a reminder that while boxing remains his profession, his family is his greatest motivation.
Only minutes after sharing precious time with his youngsters, Benn was back lifting, running and pushing himself to the limit with the same intensity as before.
