One of them was so bad that Garbrandt was left vomiting into a bucket for about 30 seconds.
The 34-year-old needed a lengthy time-out and was wincing on the canvas as his trainer helped him out.
UFC commentator couldn’t believe what he was seeing after the bizarre scenes.
He said: “Wow. I don’t think I’ve ever seen that.
“I’ve never seen anyone throw up in the Octagon while the fight is going on. I’ve never seen a guy throw up in a bucket.”
Xiao was warned over his antics by referee Herb Dean and told he would lose one point for the kick.
But incredibly, after the bout restarted, Xiao hit Garbrandt in the gonads AGAIN with a knee strike.
Garbrandt had charged towards his opponent with a flying kick, but moments later Xiao forced another stoppage.

Dean then told Xiao he would be disqualified from the fight if there was another low blow.
Co-commentator was dumbfounded as he blasted: “I mean, what are we doing here?”
Garbrandt went on to secure a unanimous decision victory after the two deducted points and raged at his rival after the final bell.
He likely would have lost the fight had Xiao not caused the two stoppages.
Garbrandt admitted it was a “bizarre” and “chaotic” fight and felt the language barrier was to blame for Xiao’s behaviour.
He told MMA Junkie: “It was a very bizarre fight. My coaches had me prepared for a kind of similar style of him coming out aggressive and chaotic. But we didn’t think it was gonna be that chaotic.
“I think the language barrier as well, you know, him not knowing too much English.
“I get inadvertently kicked, you know, a few times, and I’ve never been hit that hard, in the groin to where I was, I was throwing up inside there.
“But I didn’t want to go on and win just from getting to that, and then I rallied from the crowd, and then 30, 40 seconds later, got hit again.
“It was up and down. It was really hard to find my flow inside there.
“Like I said, it was a bizarre fight, weird fight, but, we take the win, and we just move from there.”
