A YOUNG child has plunged to their death from the fourth floor of an apartment in France – with cops launching a probe into the tragedy.
The youngster, aged 10, died after falling from a building in Lorient on Sunday – as an autopsy is set to be performed in the coming days.

The child plummeted to their death from the fourth storey of an apartment on 4 Rue Gabriel-Fauré, in Bois du Château.
The local prosecutor said: “An investigation into the causes of death has been opened.
“The initial investigations do not, at this time, suggest the involvement of a third party.”
