CHELSEE Healey has been mum-shamed after sharing a video showing her eight-year-old daughter while she tried to film a TikTok.
The Waterloo Road and Hollyoaks actress had been attempting to record a video of herself, partner Eddie and Coco dancing along to a song while in the vehicle.

And while gave it her all, Eddie put in a half-hearted attempt, while Coco steadfastly refused to join in.
Instead, looked stony-faced, before sticking up her middle finger at the camera.
She then looked as though she was attempting to kick her mum’s head, before pretending to hit Chelsee as she turned her head to the side.
“What our family days look like,” Chelsee wrote over the top of the TikTok, sarcastically adding: “Coco’s just happy to be here”.
After posting the video on TikTok, the comments section was filled with people weighing in, with the majority taking aim at Coco’s behaviour.
“How old is she? I’d be mortified if my 7 year old acted like this,” one commented.
“My daughter doesn’t have a phone and would never swear at us,” another added.
“Different ways of parenting I guess.”
“Revolting behaviour,” a third raged.
“What a polite, well mannered little girl, you must be so proud,” someone else wrote sarcastically.
“Sad to see her just glued to her phone,” another commented.
“That’s so rude… not funny at all,” someone else agreed.
“Wow good luck to you when she’s a teen,” another sighed.
“What a strange family,” someone else wrote.
However, there were also those who defended Chelsee, who is also mum to another daughter called Cookie.
“People in the comments, honestly, my daughter is worse and she’s 11 but guess what, good for them!” one wrote.
Different parenting styles explained
There are four recognised styles of parenting explained below:
Authoritarian Parenting
What some might describe as “regimental” or “strict” parenting.
Parents with this style focus on strict rules, obedience, and discipline.
Authoritarian parents take over the decision-making power, rarely giving children any input in the matter.
When it comes to rules, you believe it’s “my way or the highway”.
Permissive Parenting
Often referred to as “soft parenting” or “yes mums/dads”.
Permissive parents are lenient, only stepping in when there’s a serious problem.
They’re quite forgiving and they adopt an attitude of “kids will be kids”.
Oftentimes they act more like friends than authoritative figures.
Authoritative Parenting
Authoritative parents provide their children with rules and boundaries, but they also give them the freedom to make decisions.
With an authoritative parenting style, parents validate their children’s feelings while also making it clear that the adults are ultimately in charge.
They use positive reinforcement techniques, like praise and reward systems, as opposed to harsh punishments.
Neglectful or Uninvolved Parenting
Essentially, neglectful parents ignore their children, who receive little guidance, nurturing, and parental attention.
They don’t set rules or expectations, and they tend to have minimal knowledge about what their children are doing.
Uninvolved parents expect children to raise themselves. They don’t devote much time or energy to meeting children’s basic needs.
Uninvolved parents may be neglectful but it’s not always intentional.
A parent with mental health issues or substance abuse problems, for example, may not be able to care for a child’s physical or emotional needs consistently.
“Omg all these hate comments!” another marvelled.
“Half of you probably don’t have kids. She’s a mother doing it her own way, if you don’t like it leaveeeee.
“She is deffo a diva!”
“That is hilarious, kids are funny,” a third giggled.
“Omg I love her, so cute!” someone else said.
