CARNEY CHUKWUEMEKA is off to Borussia Dortmund in a deal that will take Chelsea’s summer sales over the £270m mark.
Winger Chukwuemeka , 21, spent the second half of last season on loan at Dortmund and is set to sign permanently for £24m.

The Bundesliga outfit have also agreed a season-long loan deal for another Stamford Bridge spare part, defender Aaron Anselmino.
Chelsea are also looking to sell forwards Nicolas Jackson and Christopher Nkunku before the transfer window shuts.
Teenager Tyrique George could also leave – and Chelsea are desperate to move on high earners Raheem Sterling, Ben Chilwell and Axel Disasi.
England Under-20 winger Chukwuemeka was also a ‘bomb squad’ member – banished from first-team training until their futures are resolved.
The Blues have spent £277m on new faces this summer – but have been told they must beat that figure in sales to be allowed to register them for the Champions League.
Uefa fined the Blues £27m in July for breaching squad cost ratio rules.
The Chukwuemeka deal will take their total sales to £273.4m.
Boss Enzo Maresca is keen to add Manchester United winger Alejandro Garnacho and RB Leipzig midfielder Xavi Simons to his pool this month.
The Chukwuemeka deal includes add-ons and a sell-on clause but Dortmund have no option to buy Anselmino.
The Argentinian, 20, has played just once since joining in January from Boca Juniors for £15.6m, when he came off the bench in extra time against Benfica in the Club World Cup last 16.
Chelsea boss Maresca would also like to sign a centre-back to replace the injured Levi Colwill.
But club chiefs are keen for him to find an internal option, with Tosin Adarabioyo, Wesley Fofana, Josh Acheampong and Benoit Badiashile possible partners for Trevoh Chalobah.
