Posting a raw clip of her, she said in her own unique way: “Hello, darlings. Honest to God, well, I’ve just come on me pezza [period].
“Oh, I felt it this morning. It was like a Bloody Mary coming out of me. It was bloody awful.
“But, guys, I stepped on the scales this morning. I did it because even though I’m definitely not starting till Monday, I thought I’m just going to see the damage over Christmas.”
She revealed: “So last time I went on the scales, I was 11st 8. So I’m 11st 12 today, which I’ll pop here, so you can see.
“But I think I’ve done really well. Usually over Christmas, I probably put on a stone or just under a stone on.
“So I’ve only put four pounds on, which is not that bad and I’m on me pezza, and I’ve had Christmas. Chuffin hell.”
She added: “I’ve enjoyed myself and I don’t ever feel guilty for that.”
Standing in all her au natural glory with her in a messy high bun, wearing a purple crop top and colourful leggings, the daughter of Les Dawson let fans behind-the-scenes of her day-to-day life.
Charlotte then proceeded to promote her Belleh Blaster diet plan, saying how the price of the plan has been reduced dramatically for 2026.
