CHARLOTTE Crosby’s fiancé has shared a grisly look at a nasty leg injury that has become infected during a family dream trip abroad.
The entire family – completed by Charlotte and their daughters Alba and Pixi – saw in the new year with a luxury resort getaway in the Maldives, before heading to Dubai.

However, after a harmless game of football in the Maldives left Jake with a scraped calf, he’s ended up seeking medical help in the UAE with the wound becoming infected.
Sharing a new look at the injury today, Jake shared: “Here’s a leg update for everyone asking. It’s gotten [worse], and I’ve been back to the doctor today. They cleaned all the infection out.
“If it gets any worse overnight, I’m going to have to go back for an antibiotic injection. It’s not been ideal, and I don’t think I’ll be playing football again… EVER.”
“Not gonna lie, the pain is absolutely horrific, and looking at that makes me feel sick,” he added.
In the photo, the leg is seen looking bruised, bloodied and black as he lies in a hospital bed.
His injury was , adding she “couldn’t believe” both of them have ended up needing medical attention while on holiday.
“Jake’s leg has become infected from a sliding tackle he did in a football game in the Maldives, you couldn’t even write this,” she wrote.
“I shouldn’t laugh, he’s in loads of pain. But honestly I’ve been in for three days and I only ever see kids who’ve had accidents here. Then there’s bloody us too.”
The photo showed a large wound on the right leg which had begun to ooze and scab over.
Charlotte said: “You can see the raised red area around the graze and it’s been really pussing and swollen and hot.”
Charlotte was knocked out of action on the last day of their time in the Maldives, after coming down with a bug that left her “sick and weak”.
Once in Dubai, it was revealed that that saw her put on gas and air in the hospital.
Thankfully over the past week they’ve had some help, with flying out to join them at their resort for five days.
Charlotte shared a picture of her mum with her girls by the poolside and catching some sights, joking in the caption: “It’s been an eventful few days to say the least!”
She also vowed to “make the most of the last few days” of holiday they have before they return home.
