The first quarter-final fixture in the Champions League has been confirmed and it will see Arsenal play Sporting.

Sporting produced a remarkable comeback in front of their fans, beating Bodo/Glimt 5-0 to progress into the next round.

The Portuguese champions had lost 3-0 in Norway, but they won 3-0 in 90 minutes to force the game into extra time.

Maximiliano Araujo and Rafael Nel scored twice to ensure Sporting qualified.

Arsenal played out a 1-1 draw at Bayer Leverkusen and defeated the former Bundesliga champions 2-0 at the Emirates.

Eberechi Eze and Declan Rice scored in either half to guarantee the Gunners’ passage into the last eight.

Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid are also through and will await their opponents after Wednesday’s matches.
