“I’ve said numerous times ‘I haven’t had , I haven’t had butt implants,'” she said, during an episode that aired in 2010. “Who the hell of a normal person gets butt implants?”

After doctors confirmed Kim is au natural, she enthused: “I’m so glad I did this X-ray. The whole world has been doubting me – this is the best thing I could’ve done.”

“I went to go get a cortisone shot in my butt,” she said. “I lived right behind Kitson [the boutique in Los Angeles]. One of my neighbors was a dermatologist at Cedars. I go in there and he’s like, ‘There’s a one in a billion chance that you will get a huge indent in your butt.’ Of course, I get a huge indent on my butt.”

According to Kim, she believes the dent in her buttocks is what led to rumours that she had butt implants.

“There is a picture of me in wearing an electric blue dress, and another picture of me walking down Robertson [Boulevard],” she continued. “You see the indent. And I think that’s when the rumors started: ‘She’s had implants.'”

Why boob jobs are more mainstream now than ever before

STEPHAN Hannan, Clinical Services Director at The Harley Medical Group said breast augmentation continues to be one of the most sought-after cosmetic procedures.

He told Fabulous: “In recent years, breast augmentation has become significantly more mainstream.

“This shift is largely driven by increased visibility – with celebrities, influencers and the wider general public sharing their surgical experiences more openly than in the past.

“By discussing procedures publicly and documenting their journeys on social media, much of the stigma that once surrounded cosmetic surgery has been reduced.

“The conversation around breast surgery today is more transparent, empowering patients to explore their options while feeling informed and supported.

“Cosmetic surgery is now part of a broader, more normalised conversation, but responsible care remains fundamental.”

He added that every individual, whether a public figure or private patient, should be assessed holistically to ensure the procedure is both safe and suitable for them.

The medical professional shared: “Our priority is to support patients in making decisions that are medically sound, psychologically healthy, and reflective of their own aspirations – not external influences.”

“I want to do a lie detector.

“I saw doing a lie detector the other day about getting a BBL, it was so funny.

“Yeah, literally, I need to do that because I’ve never had a nose job!”

Zoe then went on to say she could “vouch” her sister was telling the truth – adding that she had their dad’s nose.

”I think because everything else has probably gotten bigger in terms of like my face has sort of spread out, my nose, and the proportions, it’s gone smaller.

“But I honestly, I don’t know why my nose has changed so much. I honestly, I don’t. And it frustrates me as well…”

Zoe went on to say how she thinks her sister’s nose looks different with “different angles.”
