The Governor of the Central Bank, Olayemi Cardoso, will head Nigeria’s delegation to the annual meeting of the World Bank and International Monetary Fund (IMF) in Washington, DC, United States.

This information was provided in a statement by Bayo Onanuga, the Special Adviser to President Tinubu on Information and Strategy, on Sunday.

The statement noted that the Minister of Finance, Wale Edun, is currently unavailable.
