Dina was left feeling frightened after visiting her local McDonald’s when a notification appeared on her phone indicating that her car was being tracked.

However, the reality behind her experience was even more alarming, as Dina shared in videos on her TikTok account.

In the first clip, Dina mentioned that she had to pull over because she was so “freaked out” by the message on her phone.

“I went out for a drive to McDonald’s to grab some dinner, and on my way home, I noticed a notification on my phone,” she explained.

She then displayed the message, which informed her that a “Loshall tag” had been detected in her vehicle.

“The owner can look up its location,” the notification stated.

“Now I’m worried that there’s an AirTag on my car,” Dina exclaimed.

“What should I do?

“How on earth do I search my car? Help, please!”

She included hashtags such as #SOS, #stalked, and #help.

“I went through this too! It happened with someone from my workplace,” one user commented.

“An AirTag tracked my home location; we searched my car and found it sewn into the carpet!! It’s terrifying—contact the police,” another advised.

“Go to the police and have them search it!!!” another suggested.

“Better to be safe than sorry.”

“You should be able to click the notification, and it will give you an option to play a sound so you can locate it,” a third user added.

“I received a similar notification and was really freaked out, but then it disappeared,” someone else shared.

“I think someone with an AirTag was near my car, and my iPhone mistakenly thought it was tracking me when it wasn’t.”

As others urged Dina to confirm her safety, she returned to TikTok to provide an update —revealing that she had found out who was behind it.

“It was my parents. They placed a tracking device in my car,” she sighed.

“It wasn’t a stranger; I don’t have a stalker—unless you consider my parents as one.

“They confessed to it. I don’t even know why they did it,” she added, stating that she was “done with them.”

“Thank goodness it wasn’t a stranger,” one viewer commented on that video.

“As a parent, I hope they did this out of concern for you, but they should have informed you beforehand,” another remarked.

“I was worried about you!”

“People expressing relief in the comments are missing the point; this is still very concerning,” another insisted.

“While I’m relieved, I’m also shocked and frustrated for you,” a third wrote.
