Mamelodi Sundowns head coach, Jerry Tshabalala, has said he has a good knowledge of Nigerian champions, Bayelsa Queens.
The holders will begin the defence of their CAF Women’s Champions League title against the Prosperity Girls on Monday in Marrakech.
The Brazilians head into the competition in a boisterous mood having won the South African title.
Bayelsa Queens will be participating in the competition for the first time but Tshabalala admitted that he has adequate information on Domo Okara’s side.
“We are blessed with a very sound technical team that has been proactive in scouting our opponents,” Tshabalala told reporters following his team’s arrival in Marrakech.
“Although itâs been difficult for us to obtain clips of our rivals, we have acquired some from Bayelsa Queens and Congoâs TP Mazembe.
“Itâs a bit of a challenge to get clips of Wadi Degla but we know what to expect considering that we played Moroccoâs AS FAR last year.”
